Before using any service or content offered on Glitterattic, you must read this document completely and carefully.

These General Conditions constitute the norms and rules established by Glitterattic, relating to all services currently existing or that may be included in the future within the Glitterattic website (the Site).

Although these services may be free, they are not free to use, but are subject to a set of guidelines that regulate their use. Any use by an individual of the services included in the Site will only be considered lawful and authorized when it is in compliance with the obligations imposed, within the limits and scope outlined herein, as well as those arising from complementary or accessory provisions, and/or the different legal regulations of national and international order whose application corresponds. Glitterattic may at any time and without prior notice modify these General Conditions. Such modifications will be effective upon posting on the Glitterattic.com website. Users must keep themselves updated regarding the terms included herein by periodically accessing the legal section of Glitterattic.

Glitterattic reserves the right to require each user to accept and comply with the terms expressed herein as a prerequisite for accessing and using the services and/or content provided by the Site. When a user accesses the Site and uses any of the services and/or content provided, they will be deemed to have read and understood this text and to have fully accepted each and every provision contained herein. Any user who does not accept, disagrees with, or breaches the provisions set forth by Glitterattic in these General Conditions will not be authorized to use the services and content that exist or may exist on the Site and must immediately leave the Site and refrain from re-entering it.

2.- Legal capacity of users.

Only those who, according to the legislation in force in their place of residence, can validly give their consent to enter into contracts may access and use the services and/or content of Glitterattic. Those who, according to current legislation, do not have the capacity to access or validly bind themselves to the terms and conditions established herein must inexcusably obtain prior authorization from their legal representatives, who will be considered responsible for all acts carried out by the incapacitated persons in their charge. In the case of lack of legal capacity due to minority, the responsibility for determining the services and content accessed by minors falls on the adult responsible for them. However, under no circumstances will access to the site be permitted to minors under 14 years of age.

3.- User Registration.

To use the services provided by Glitterattic, it is sufficient to simply accept these General Conditions. However, for the use of some services or access to certain content, prior user registration may be required. The purpose of said registration is to establish the user's identity and contact information. Whenever information is required for user registration, it must be truthful and must be sworn as a statement. When the information provided does not correspond to the actual circumstances of the person providing it, such user will be considered in breach of these General Conditions and will be liable for all damages arising to Glitterattic or third parties as a result of such lack of veracity or accuracy. Once registered, the user will be provided with a username and password that will allow personalized, confidential, and secure access to their personal account within the Site. The services subject to registration have been designed for the personal use of the requesting user; therefore, the username and password granted by Glitterattic may only be used by the requesting user; their use by any person other than the user is prohibited. The registered user assumes the obligation to safeguard and keep their username and password safe and must immediately inform Glitterattic when they have lost their confidentiality and/or when they are used by a third party. Each user is also responsible for keeping their personal information updated as necessary and must notify Glitterattic of any changes. Glitterattic may reject any registration request or cancel a previously accepted registration, without requiring justification and without granting any rights to the user. Glitterattic will use the information provided by the user exclusively for the stated purpose and will at all times ensure reasonable protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the user's communications. However, given that Glitterattic uses technological systems that may be fallible under certain conditions, users are hereby informed that Glitterattic does not guarantee the inviolability of its systems. Therefore, users should take this circumstance into consideration when deciding to register. In all cases, and in accordance with Glitterattic's Privacy Policy, the personal information provided by users will be appropriately processed and preserved to safeguard its privacy. Therefore, by submitting any personal information other than your name, you waive any expectation of privacy you may have regarding the use of that personal information provided on the site. Users who no longer wish to be included in Glitterattic's database may unsubscribe by emailing info@glitterattic.com.

4. Product Information.

The descriptions of the products displayed on the Website are based on information provided by Glitterattic. However, the information given about each product, as well as any photographs or videos related to them and the trade names, trademarks, or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the Glitterattic website, are displayed on the Website for guidance only.

5. Prices.

All product prices indicated on the Website are net; any applicable taxes are included. However, these prices do not include shipping costs, customs taxes, etc. which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Customer.

6.- Availability.

Glitterattic informs the Customer that the number of available units is kept up to date with warehouse stock and availability from our suppliers. Under no circumstances will Glitterattic intentionally sell more units than it has available or the supplier has reserved. Glitterattic will do everything possible to satisfy all its Customers' demand for products. However, occasionally, due to causes that are difficult for Glitterattic to control, such as human error or computer system issues, the quantity finally delivered by the supplier may differ from the order placed by Glitterattic to satisfy Customers' orders. In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of an order due to lack of availability does not entitle the customer to cancel the entire order. If, as a result of this cancellation, the customer wishes to return the delivered product, they must follow the provisions set forth in the Returns section.

7.- Payments.

The Customer agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. The corresponding shipping costs will be added to the initial price shown on the Website for each of the products offered. In any case, these rates will be communicated to the Customer in advance before formalizing the purchase. The ticket or proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be available and can be viewed on the Website in the "My Account", "Orders" section. The Customer must pay the amount corresponding to their order by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards), transfer, deposit into an account, Bizum or PayPal. The card used to make the payment must have a Spanish bank or savings bank as the issuing financial institution. Payment by card is made through a payment gateway with its security protocols. The Customer must notify Glitterattic of any improper or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that Glitterattic can take the appropriate steps.

8.- Order Processing.

Once the order has been placed, that is, with the acceptance of the Terms of Use and confirmation of the purchase process, it cannot be canceled.

9.- Deadlines, Delivery Location, and Losses.

1.- Product Delivery.

Glitterattic is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate the Customer providing an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours. Glitterattic will not be liable for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the Customer on the order form is incorrect or has been omitted. Glitterattic informs the Customer that the same order may be split into multiple deliveries.

2.-Delivery Times.

We will ship via postal service or, if the customer so requests, by courier. Your order will be delivered within a maximum of 15-20 business days from the date we confirm the order. These delivery times are averages and therefore an estimate. Therefore, they may vary for logistical reasons or due to force majeure. In the event of delivery delays, Glitterattic will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them. These delivery times may vary for international orders. Each delivery is considered complete from the moment the shipping company makes the product available to the Customer, as verified by the control system used by the shipping company. Delivery delays will not be considered in cases where the order has been made available to the Customer by the shipping company within the agreed timeframe and could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to the Customer. Once the order leaves our warehouses, you will be sent an email notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped. For security reasons, Glitetrattic will not ship any orders to PO boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any orders if the recipient and their address cannot be identified.

3.- Delivery Information, Undelivered Items, and Losses.

If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. As part of the courier delivery service, Glitetrattic contracts a series of follow-up actions to ensure delivery takes place. If delivery has not been arranged within 15-20 business days of the order being dispatched, the Customer must contact Glitterattic. If the Customer fails to do so, after 20 business days from the date the order is dispatched for delivery, it will be returned to our warehouses, and the Customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs of the merchandise, as well as any associated handling fees. If the reason for non-delivery is a lost package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, our carriers' response times typically vary. 3.-a) Diligence in Delivery The Customer must check the condition of the package with the carrier who, on behalf of Glitterattic, delivers the ordered product, indicating on the delivery note any anomalies they may detect in the packaging. If, after inspecting the product, the Customer detects any incidents such as dents, breakage, signs of having been opened, or any damage caused during shipping, they agree to notify Glitetrattic via email as soon as possible, preferably within the next 24 hours and a maximum of 7 calendar hours from delivery.

10. Exchanges

All products purchased from Glitterattic are unique and exclusive, so we cannot exchange them for other sizes. If you have any questions about sizes, we recommend that you use our information services via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp.

Our team will be happy to help you confirm your model and size.

The amount of the purchased item will never be refunded. If the reason for the exchange is attributable to Glitterattic (the product is defective, it is not the one you ordered, etc.), the exchange for the product you requested will be borne by Glitterattic.

To proceed with an exchange, the following steps must be followed:

1. Please inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt that you wish to return the product. This information can be provided by email to: info@glitterattic.com or by using the contact form.

2. Glitterattic will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent.

3. The customer must send it using a courier company of their choice. The costs incurred for the exchange must be paid by the customer.

4. Inform the customer of the courier company used, the date, and time of the exchange.

11. Warranty on purchased products.

Glitterattic acts as a manufacturer and distributor of manufacturers who guarantee that the products presented for sale on the Website function correctly and are free of defects or hidden flaws that could make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use. The contractual warranty offered is the one usually granted by the manufacturer. Once the Customer has received the product, they will have the instructions provided by the manufacturer in the box, sufficient for the correct use and installation of the product, as well as all information regarding the warranty. No Customer may request a broader warranty than that indicated therein. THE COMPANY will not be obligated to collect the damaged product, and the Customer must contact the Manufacturer's After-Sales Service. In this regard, Golosinasparavestir will take steps to provide Customers who request it with the contact information for said service and will provide them with sufficient information to file the relevant claims. The warranty will be void in the event of defects or damage caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear and tear, installation, and use not in accordance with the Manufacturer's instructions. Products modified or repaired by the Customer or any other person not authorized by the Manufacturer are excluded from the warranty. The warranty does not apply to apparent defects and product non-conformities, for which any claim must be filed by the Customer within 7 days of delivery of the products. The warranty does not cover products damaged due to improper use.

12.- Intellectual and Industrial Property.

Glitterattic holds all rights to the content, design, and source code of this website and, in particular, but not limited to, the photographs, images, text, logos, designs, trademarks, trade names, and data included on the website. Clients and Users are advised that these rights are protected by current Spanish and international legislation regarding intellectual and industrial property. Furthermore, and without prejudice to the foregoing, the content of this website is also considered computer software and, therefore, all current Spanish and European Community regulations on the matter also apply to it. The total or partial reproduction of this website, or any of its contents, is expressly prohibited without the express written permission of Glitterattic. Likewise, any copying, reproduction, adaptation, modification, distribution, commercialization, public communication, and/or any other action that constitutes a violation of current Spanish and/or international regulations on intellectual and/or industrial property, as well as any use of the contents of the Website without the prior express written authorization of Glitterattic, is strictly prohibited. Glitterattic informs that it does not grant any implicit license or authorization regarding intellectual and/or industrial property rights or any other right or property related, directly or indirectly, to the contents included on the Website. The use of the contents of the website domain is only authorized for informational and service purposes, provided that the source is cited or referenced, and the user is solely responsible for any misuse thereof.

13.- Access to and Use of the Website. Our Content.

Clients and Users are fully responsible for their conduct when accessing the information on the Website, while browsing it, and after accessing it. As a result of the foregoing, Clients and Users are solely responsible to Glitterattic and third parties for:

1. The consequences that may arise from the use, for purposes or effects that are unlawful or contrary to this document, of any content on the Website, whether or not created by Glitterattic, published or not under its name officially.

2. As well as any consequences that may arise from any use contrary to the content of this document and harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, or impair the Website or its services or prevent normal enjoyment by other Users. Glitterattic reserves the right to update the content when it deems appropriate, as well as to delete, limit, or prevent access to it, temporarily or permanently, as well as to deny access to the Website to Clients and Users who misuse the content and/or violate any of the conditions set forth in this document.

Glitterattic informs that it does not guarantee:

1. That access to the Website and/or the linked Websites will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. That the content or software that Clients and Users access through the Website or the linked Websites does not contain any errors, computer viruses, or other elements in the content that could cause alterations to their system or to the electronic documents and files stored on their computer system or cause any other type of damage. 3. The use that Clients and Users may make of the information or content of this Website or linked Websites for their personal purposes. The information contained on this Website should be considered by Clients and Users as informative and guiding, both in relation to its purpose and its effects, which is why: Glitterattic does not guarantee the accuracy of the information contained on this Website and, therefore, assumes no responsibility for any possible harm or inconvenience to Users that may arise from any inaccuracy present on the Website.

14.- Our Responsibility.

Glitterattic assumes no liability arising from, but not limited to:

1. Any use that Customers or Users may make of the materials on this Website or linked websites, whether prohibited or permitted, in violation of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of the content of the Website or of third parties.

2. Of any damages to Clients or Users caused by the normal or abnormal functioning of search tools, the organization or location of content and/or access to the Website, and, in general, of any errors or problems arising in the development or implementation of the technical elements that the Website or a program provides to the User.

3. Of the content of those pages that Clients or Users may access from links included on the Website, whether authorized or not.

4. Of the acts or omissions of third parties, regardless of whether these third parties may be linked to Glitterattic by contractual means.

5. Regarding access by minors to the content included on the Website, it is the responsibility of their parents or guardians to exercise appropriate control over the activity of their children or minors in their care or to install any of the Internet usage control tools in order to prevent (i) access to materials or content unsuitable for minors, as well as (ii) the sending of personal data without the prior authorization of their parents or guardians. The Company shall not be liable for any communications or dialogues held during debates, forums, chats, and virtual communities organized through or around the Website and/or linked websites, nor shall it be liable for any damages or losses suffered by individual and/or collective Clients or Users as a result of such communications and/or dialogues.

THE COMPANY shall not be liable under any circumstances when the following occurs:

1. Errors or delays in the Customer's access to the Website when entering their data into the order form, slowness or inability of recipients to receive the order confirmation, or any anomaly that may arise when these incidents are due to internet problems, acts of God or force majeure, or any other unforeseen contingency beyond the control of Glitterattic.

2. Failures or incidents that may occur in communications, deletion, or incomplete transmissions, such that it is not guaranteed that the Website services will be constantly operational.

3. Errors or damages caused to the website due to inefficient and bad-faith use of the service by the Customer.

4. In the event of inoperability or problems with the email address provided by the Customer for sending the order confirmation.

5. In any case, Glitterattic undertakes to resolve any problems that may arise and to offer all necessary support to the Customer to reach a quick and satisfactory resolution to the incident.

6. Furthermore, Glitterattic has the right to carry out promotional campaigns for defined time periods to encourage the registration of new members to its service. Glitterattic reserves the right to modify the conditions of application of the promotions, extend them with due notice, or proceed to exclude any of the participants from the promotion in the event of detecting any anomaly, abuse, or unethical behavior in their participation.

15.- Privacy Policy.

Customers and Users agree to browse the website and use its content in good faith. In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that completing any form on the Website(s) or sending an email to any of our inboxes implies acceptance of this privacy policy, as well as authorization for Glitterattic to process the personal data you provide, which will be incorporated into a file owned by Glitterattic and registered with the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. 16.- Nullity.

In the event that any clause of these Terms of Use is declared null and void, the remaining clauses will remain in effect and will be interpreted taking into account the intention of the parties and the purpose of these Terms of Use. Glitterattic may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which will not imply a waiver of them, unless expressly acknowledged by Glitterattic or the corresponding action is prescribed in each case.

17.- Modification of the Terms of Use.

Glitterattic reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as these General Terms and Conditions. Therefore, Glitterattic recommends that the Client read them carefully each time they access the Website. Clients and Users will always have these Terms of Use visible, freely accessible for any queries they may have. In any case, acceptance of the Terms of Use will be a prior and essential step to the purchase of any product available through the Website.

18.- Applicable Law and Arbitration. These Terms of Use are governed by the applicable Spanish legislation. To resolve any controversy or conflict arising from these Terms of Use, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless otherwise provided by law.
